2023 Fall Classic Application

 

To apply for a place in the 2023 Fall Classic which will take place on Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30, complete and submit the form by noon on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. 
PLEASE NOTE: Applications will be prioritized as follows:
1. Senior and Certificate Members by seniority (number of years as a Member of Eastward Ho!)
2. Junior Members by seniority
3. House Members will be selected by lottery

Any applications received after noon on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 will be put on the waiting list, as received. In order to apply for the Fall Classic, simply complete the form below prior to August 16, 2023. You will receive an email when your application has been received.

I wish to participate in the 2023 Fall Classic Tournament on Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30. If selected, please charge my account the $250 non-refundable entry fee deposit.

If I do not receive confirmation of the Club's receipt of this application by email or telephone within two weeks, I shall contact the Club office to confirm receipt of this form.
